KIRK System 1500 IWO VoIP
The IP enabled KIRK dect-z System 1500 is the ideal cordless solution for medium sized and larger installations. Thanks to the flexible and modular design it fits perfectly into installations for 8 cordless subscribers as well as in installations with up to 700 cordless subscribers.

The KIRK enterprise solution integrates the IP telephony solutions based on the Skinny protocol and IP phones with a DECT wireless telephony solution from KIRK telecom.

The KIRK solution combines the proven success of radio technologies with the benefits of enterprise IP solutions, i.e. cost effectiveness, support of centralised intelligence and an architecture designed for the future.

The KIRK solution provides a solid migration plan offering the customers an optimised return on investments and bridge the gap between the installed base of enterprise solution and the IP solution.

The KIRK products supply you with a complete, wireless enterprise solution. It includes a Mobility VoIP Server, base stations, repeaters and handsets.

This is a service patch for 1st release 2N. Please note that this software has not gone through the Cisco testing procedures.

• Up to 350 cordless users
• Up to 29 speech channels
• No need for Codec modules (only G.711)

2nd release features - 4A
Firmware version 4A is an update that can run on all existing hardware platforms. This version has been approved by Cisco. All new interface cards delivered from KIRK telecom after 1. January 2004 is pre-loaded with this version.
This update includes:

• Call Forward (receiving)
• Conference (receiving)
• Auto codec G.711 and G.729(a)
• Support for CCM 3.3 (3)
• SRST 3.0 support
• Linked system support
• Noise problems when running without codec modules fixed
